At PlayaPR, we want you to love every order — and we understand that sometimes plans change. Here's everything you need to know about canceling an order.

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, email us at playaprofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request." Our team will do our best to accommodate your request promptly.

Cancellation Window

We can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Because we work quickly to get your sun protection gear out the door, we recommend reaching out within 24 hours of placing your order to give us the best chance of catching it in time.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

Once your order has been picked up by USPS and is on its way, we're unable to cancel it. In that case, you're welcome to return the item(s) once you receive them under our 30-day return policy. Please visit our Returns page or email us at playaprofficial@gmail.com for return instructions.

Refunds

If your cancellation is approved before shipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Exceptions

Please note the following items are not eligible for cancellation or return:

  • Sale or clearance items — all sale purchases are final.
  • Custom or personalized items — once production has begun, these cannot be canceled.
